The Hollin Meadows Swim and Tennis Club Social Committee plans social events throughout the summer dedicated to building relationships within the community. It is our goal to provide activities for people of all ages and to preserve the long-standing traditions that many families have enjoyed for years. We encourage you to check this page often to see what’s happening each week throughout the summer.

We would also like to take this opportunity and remind our members that many hands make for light work and successful social events. We would like to promote volunteerism amongst our members. If you would like to join in the planning or have questions please contact our social committee chairs.

10:00 AM - HMSTC Grounds Day 2026 - Our annual volunteer event, Grounds Day! is scheduled for Sunday, May 3rd from 10 AM to 2 PM. This is the once-a-year event where we all come together as a community to help make our pool & tennis grounds, buildings, and green spaces clean & beautiful. Cold beverages, hot pizza, and snacks will be provided. Some tasks include weeding, planting flowers, cleaning grills, cleaning up debris, cutting back overgrowth, spreading mulch & wood chips, and tidying & organizing. Sign up here to volunt
